Acceptance

By creating an account or using the TeamFit Tactics app or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a higher digital-consent age, you must be at least 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

TeamFit Tactics is a leaderboard and tracking app, not a medical service. We do not provide medical, fitness, or health advice. Exercise involves risk, including the risk of injury. You are responsible for your own health and safety while using the Service.

Consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury, or have any other medical concerns. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any symptom you find concerning.

Heart-rate readings and step counts displayed in the app come from your device's HealthKit (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) data and are not medical-grade. Do not rely on them for medical decisions.

Your Account

You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and do not share them. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately.

You may link only one Riot Games identity to your account. Linking a Riot ID that does not belong to you, or attempting to take over another user's Riot ID, is not permitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent workout data, including manually triggered or fabricated activity records intended to inflate your validated minutes
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Service or to game the leaderboard
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication checks, or anti-fraud measures
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Scrape, mass-download, or redistribute leaderboard data without our written permission
• Impersonate another player or claim a Riot ID that is not yours
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law

We may remove leaderboard entries, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users we believe are violating these rules.

Riot Games Trademarks

TeamFit Tactics is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, and the Riot Games name and logos are trademarks of Riot Games. We use the Riot Games API as a third-party developer and abide by the Riot Games API Terms of Use.

The Service does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends or Teamfight Tactics.

Content & Public Information

If you reach the public top 10 of the global leaderboard, your Riot ID (gameName#tagLine), region, TFT rank, companion, and validated minutes will appear on the public leaderboard at teamfittactics.com. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display this information for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, are abusing the Service, or are using it in a way that harms other users or the Service itself.

Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will TeamFit Tactics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or loss of leaderboard position, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via push notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer-protection law applies, nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in your local courts.
